Many claim using Jesus Christ as the base point of their preaching but be wary and cautious for there are many who have enjoined to use the religious fervor of Jesus Christ as their only way and means to gain foothold and power from people who are not careful enough to be watchful and allows the uncanny and wolves in sheep's clothing to devour slowly the care-free and lax behavior of others.
Many came as false prophets and how does one distinguished them, they preach tithes and offerings without ceasing and inculcate the need for absolute obedience of their flocks.
They never really taught the real and true preachings of Christ but only what merits their group and organization. The centralization of preaching pulpit or shall we say the centralization of the offerings.
This man is Cesar Castellano who allegedly founded the G12 Movement in Bogota, Colombia. In the surface it seems a legitimate Christian religious group but once you get deeper into the root of the groupings and the mere importance given by this group to the number 12 as the number of godly men, you cannot omit to distinguish and identify that there is some level of truth of cultic teaching in the G12 especially in the embroiling School of Leaders teachings they have.
They teach the winning of souls as their vision is about Winning the world through his vision of the Government of 12. What is alarming is how many countless legitimate small churches have allied with this group and thinking the only means to expand is through the Castellano formula or Ladder of Success of this group.
But it is actually a slow, imbedding the cult teaching of this man, who's wife happens to be a politician in Colombia and both have once been accused of receiving Millions of Dollars and even a conduit for the Bogota Drug Cartel. To this couple and their children, it is all about the money.
Not to mention the many unrevealed ill-gotten wealth of the Castellano's and how they have franchised the ideology of G12 across the globe. If one would scrutinized every teachings of the G12 churches, they have focused on the books of Castellanos sold on the idea of absolute obedience to him and being obedient to him is translation of obedience to Christ. But one must see the emphasis that obedience to Christ alone is not the objective but the objective is to focus and give much value and credit to the Castellano couple.
The same goes for their Philippines principal and one of Cesar Castellano's International 12 disciple and the progenerator in the Philippines who allegedly claims himself as a "Bishop" Oriel M. Ballano together with his wife, allegedly "Pastor" Geraldine Ballano. But if one would look closely, this leader of Doulos for Christ World Harvest Ministry who targets campuses around Metro Manila, existed for 25 years and yet does not have their own structure of church but the Ballano's couple amassed so much wealth, having their own Mansion with an elaborate swimming pool and countless high end vehicles and SUV. For which Oriel Ballano once claimed these high valued cars were "given as a gift" from the member of his congregation that gathers every sunday in a rented tent venue at the Philippine International Convention Center. But if you will look closely at his flocks, mostly students and a few start-up middle aged men and women who cannot even afford a house or a car of their own, so how come a member of the congregation is able to give a gift to him and his wife?
"Bishop" Oriel M. Ballano and Geraldine Ballano could not even give account for their church finances as they closely held on to their book of accounts and wantonly shop around the US for what is considered a high means for a church leader. Their credentials does not even speak highly of their capacity to preach the gospel as they do not have a formal theological schooling and is not respectable among the most respected churches in the Philippines.
Oh how such a wizardly fat "Bishop" who preaches over and over again in the pulpit to his flock about the importance of absolute obedience to him and his wife even to his primary 12 disciples even if they are wrong, no one should contest them as this signifies disobedience to God and the teachings of Christ. One who does attend other churches are considered having wrong hearts and the only church one must grow should be the church where the money flows throught their bank accounts.
